I booked with them after reading favourable online reviews and now wish I hadn\'t! I emailed them with an initial query for a quote, instead of replying to my query with relevant information as I specifically asked for they would only provide all info over the phone (in this day and age!). When I did phone, they told me what I requested was fully available and at a great price too, I did not hesitate in making a booking and paying a deposit. I contacted them 2 weeks later to pay the balance and also asked specifically if all aspects of my booking to North Cyprus was confirmed and ok, they assured me everything was fine and also advised that they were a reputable company. 3 days before our holiday, I was again contacted by someone called envver and was told my original flight with cyprus turkish airlines was no longer available (despite asking for confirmation not once but twice!) and that I could either fly out with EJet or Monarch airlines into the south of the island instead of my originally booked (and paid for!) flight into North Cyprus. We were forced to accept being so close to our departure date. to date, despite writing several letters to them we have not received anything whatsoever....

Me and my girlfriend used direct traveller for a northern cyprus holiday, we stayed at the BELLAPAIS MONASTERY VILLAGE, amazing hotel with great views, but a little far from the beach. The consultants where very helpful and told me exactly what to expect and they was spot on. 10 out of 10 for service....

I used this company to go on holiday with to North Cyprus, they was excellent. Everything was perfect i would recommend them highly....
