We took tour with Tah in July 15, 2001 week. We were put in our hotel rooms by 6pm or 7pm at the latest, yet no free time was given to us in the city. What can we to do in a hotel room after 7pm when you are on a vacation? We were there to see and roam around. Not enough time given to visting locations. Hotel were very far from the city, so it was not possible to go out ourselves in the city. Most of the excursions we paid for were canceled. Monte Carlo by night, Rome by night and walking tour of Florance were canceled. what else left? The execuse from tour manager was given that most tourist don\'t want to do these excursions. Later talking with all other tourist from the bus we found that most of the tourist were interested but it was too late when we found that. Tour manager managed this tour very poorly. Food was ok. Bus ride was smooth. I would not reccomend anybody Taj tour. If you want to ruin your dream vacation and want to waste your money and time then decide to go w/ taj tour. ...

I booked a tour for my parents. It was the 14 day europe tour and they left in May 2011 and returned June 2011. When booking my parents tour we had decided to go with Taj Tours because we had read and heard great reviews about the food and the service provided by Taj Tours. However, my parents did not experience the same. First the food was horrible. My parents were promised a caravan with a chef to be following them on their tour. This had not happened until they reached Switzerland and this service was only providing in Switzerland. When booking this trip no one had indicated that the caravan was not going to be with the bus. We were told the opposite and promised fresh Indian food and a chef cooking fresh Indian food for our parents and the other guests. You live in London where there is a large Indian community and I do not understand taj tours didn\'t just hire someone locally. Taj tours tried to make a bad situation good by sending them to restaurants at least they could have offered better restaurants and menu items. For a while they were only provided naan to eat with two vegetarian dishes and one non veg item. Once someone complained about the naan then where provided puri. To be realistic, you cannot eat puri with a chicken dish. No thought was put into the menu items and the restaurant. Also they were given galab jaman for dessert every day. Taj tours did a horrible job with the restaurant. They could of offered another non veg item. They were provided with the same type of chicken item every time. At one point I believe that more than half the tour guest (including my parents) had requested to be sent back to London because they were having a bad time. For example my parents were promised a night tour in Amsterdam. The tour guide told my parents and the other guests that there was a problem with the bus so no night tour. Then my parents and the other guests had to argue with the tour manager to get on the bus and have the tour promised. They finally got the tour promised. Also, when you are on a tour you are suppose get guided tours. My parent where provided with information and then told to go and see the site on their own and meet back at a certain time. Usually you are given a guided tour, provided with information on the historic background on the site you are visiting and then you are told to wonder on your own after you have had your guided tour. This did not happen. I would strongly recommend you go with another tour company. These people run there business like typical Indians. They do not appreciate there guests and are very rude. ...

Hi Friends, Just completed a coah tour of Europe(Maaza) organized by Taj Tours. Beleive me it was wonderful and really a true feeling of value for money. This would go in as our best vacation. We had nn need to pay anything extra for any of the sight-seeing programs in the itinerary. Also the tour manager was kind enough to take our request and include the Tulip garden in the already so packed itinerary of ours. Not to forget mentioning his name Mayank Joshi. Apart from the information he had related to the places, his good humourous and amicable nature made our days very sweet. Taj tours had kept all their promises when it came to sight-seeing,food,etc. I am sure to take p many more programs with them. And would encourage others too. My heartful of thanks to Taj Tours in making our trip so memorable. Srinath....
